PVC roll storage rack produced to replace a failed OEM item. Made to strict specification order to allow fork lift access in a very restricted space, whilst accommodating larger rolls than previously possible.

Heat seal wrapping station dispenser accommodating the full range of widths in use whilst allowing instant access to all four at the sealing machine. Built to replace a wooden single roll dispenser.

Access steps shortened and turned 90° to suit new factory machinery layout. All work carried out during normal down time to ensure production was not effected.

Bottle capping machine loading chute, allowing caps to be loaded into the machine hopper from 1st floor storage area. Fabricated from precision laser profiled 304 stainless steel and incorporating double rubber seal at the machine hopper.
