ONE off fabrications are a common product of the Turnertech workshops in Corsham, many of these are storage racks and workstation fittings for production lines. Other examples include modifications to existing machine access walkways and general welded repairs.

PVC roll storage rack, fabricated from welded steel heavy duty box section, to replace a failed OEM item. Made to strict specification in order to allow fork lift access in a very restricted space, whilst accommodating larger rolls than previously possible.

Welded steel heat seal wrapping station dispenser accommodating the full range of widths in use whilst allowing instant access to all four at the sealing machine. Built to replace a wooden single roll dispenser.

Access steps shortened and turned 90° to suit new factory production line machinery layout. All work carried out during normal down time to ensure production was not effected.

Bottle capping machine loading chute, allowing caps to be loaded into the machine hopper from 1st floor storage area without entering clean room. Fabricated welded from precision laser profiled 304 stainless steel and incorporating double rubber seal at the machine hopper. Clear access window to allow inspection and clearing of jammed caps.
